Glen Gaidos - CEO and Founder - Glen began 3R Technology as a self-funded startup in the spring of 2003, while continuing to operate an IT services company - TechTonic Computing. Soon, the demands of two growing organizations meant releasing the IT services company in 2005 through a private sale, and focusing on one single business. His IT experience clarified his understanding of the changing technology market and the need for its proper disposition at end-of-life. Experience with current and emerging technologies provided him a unique perspective and competitive edge when working with clients to value and repurpose their IT assets.
Prior to becoming an entreprenuer, he had a long-term position as a manager at Flying Rhino Studios, a local media production company, and engineering positions with Puget Sound high-tech firms WRQ, Midisoft, and Microstar Labs. He has a B.S. in Physics from the University of Washington, and was a graduate student at Physics and Oceanography at the University of Victoria.
Scott Barker - Operations Manager - joined the 3R Technology team in February of 2011. Prior to coming to 3R Technology, Scott held similar positions with several production and event companies in the Seattle area. He also has extensive retail management experience and has worked part time as a director and musician for a number of local churches. A Seattle native, Scott now lives in Bellevue with his wife. He is still involved with several non profit music groups and organizations including the Handbell Ringers of America and the Northwest Chorale. Scott has a degree in business from the University of Washington.
